This series of screen prints includes imagery collected from archival research across Glasgow Museums’ collections that look at childcare and nursery provision in the city. Images in the prints originate from campaigning ephemera, educational material used in nursery settings, and photographs from de Main’s domestic environment. Some of the text excerpts are taken from interviews with parents discussing childcare.
